Delivery Areas

LuGold delivers to all counties within Kenya. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order value:

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after order confirmation:

• Nairobi: 1-3 business days
• Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru: 2-4 business days
• Other major towns: 3-5 business days
• Remote areas: 5-7 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery delays.

Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted courier services including:

• G4S
• Fargo Courier
• Wells Fargo

Failed Deliveries

If our delivery partner attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, they will:

• Contact you via phone to reschedule delivery.
• Leave a notification with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you may be charged for reshipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking number.
• Real-time tracking updates via SMS (optional).

You can also track your order by logging into your LuGold account.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items.
• Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
• We will file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
